Routine Maintenance
Keep daily records, regularly check and maintain operating logs, including running time, any abnormal noise or vibration, flow rate, voltage and current, and whether the motor temperature is normal, etc.
Before running the pump, always check that the hair collector is full of water and that the suction port has sufficient suction. Before starting the pump, check that the inlet and outlet valves are open to prevent damage to the heat pump.
To prevent blockages from affecting operation, regularly check the pump head cover seals and clean the hair filter basket promptly. To clean, first stop the pump, then close the ball valves on the inlet and outlet system connecting pipes to the pool. Next, open the transparent cover to clean the filter basket, then replace the transparent cover, open the ball valves again, and then restart the pump.
