Features include intelligent scheduled heating, constant temperature water output, and safety functions such as leakage and dry-burn protection. In addition, an assembly production line is needed, equipped with high-precision assembly tools and testing instruments to ensure the assembly accuracy and performance of the compressors.

Heat exchanger production equipment

The heat exchanger is a key component in a heat pump for transferring heat. Its production equipment includes a core manufacturing machine, used to produce the heat exchanger core through methods such as sand casting; a header manufacturing machine, used to produce headers that distribute fluids; a shell manufacturing machine, used to make the outer shell of the heat exchanger; and an end plate manufacturing machine, used to process end plates that cover the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger, among others.

Welding Equipment

In the production process of heat pumps, it is necessary to connect various pipes and components, so welding equipment is essential. Common welding equipment includes argon arc welders, resistance welders, and laser welders. Argon arc welders are suitable for welding metals such as stainless steel and aluminum, resistance welders can be used for welding thin plates, and laser welders have advantages such as high welding precision and fast speed.

Assembly Line Equipment

The assembly line is a crucial step in assembling various components into a complete heat pump unit. It includes conveyor belts, workstations, screw fastening machines, and refrigerant charging equipment.
