    The core goal of a swimming pool heating system is to maintain the pool water at a constant temperature of 26–28°C (25–27°C for competition pools), while keeping the air temperature around the pool at 28–30°C with a relative humidity of 50%–60%. It also needs to ensure heating efficiency, stable temperature control, corrosion and scaling prevention, as well as energy saving and environmental protection.

     

    Pool Water Heating Circulation

     

     

    Pool water is drawn by the circulation pump, first entering the sand filter to remove hair, silt, and other impurities to prevent clogging of the heat exchanger;

     

    The filtered pool water flows into the titanium alloy pool water heat exchanger, where it undergoes heat exchange with high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant, raising the water temperature from 20–22°C to 26–28°C;

     

    The heated pool water then flows through the disinfection system (UV / chlorine disinfection) before returning to the pool, completing the constant-temperature circulation of the pool water.

    Air Dehumidification and Waste Heat Recovery Circulation

     

     

    The humid and warm air in the pool room (temperature 28–30°C, humidity 70%–90%) is drawn into the unit by the fan and passes through the air evaporator;

    The low-temperature refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the air, lowering the air temperature and causing water vapor to condense and drain as condensate (achieving dehumidification);

     

    The refrigerant, having absorbed heat, is compressed by the compressor into high-temperature, high-pressure gas, with part of the heat used to heat the pool water (flowing into the pool water heat exchanger) and part used to heat the dehumidified dry air;

     

    The dry air is heated to 30–32°C before being returned to the pool room, maintaining a constant air temperature and preventing swimmers from feeling cold.
