    The R32 air-source home heat pump heating system is an air-source heat pump device that uses R32 refrigerant. It is designed specifically for home heating and domestic hot water needs, offering advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, low environmental impact, and strong adaptability. It is a new generation home heating solution that can replace traditional gas wall-hung boilers and electric heaters.

     

    Operating Logic: After throttling and reducing pressure through the electronic expansion valve, the low-temperature, low-pressure R32 enters the heat exchanger copper tubes of the evaporator in a gas-liquid mixed state. At the same time, the axial fan of the outdoor unit runs at a stable speed, continuously drawing in the surrounding air. The air rapidly passes over the hydrophilic aluminum fins on the outside of the copper tubes - the design of these fins increases the contact area between the air and the copper tubes, enhancing the heat exchange effect.

    Heat Exchange Process: The temperature of the air is much higher than the evaporation temperature of R32 inside the copper tubes. Heat is rapidly transferred to the liquid R32 inside the tubes through the fins and the walls of the copper tubes. After absorbing the heat, the liquid R32 quickly undergoes a phase change, fully vaporizing into a low-temperature, low-pressure gas refrigerant.

     

    Core Advantages: The latent heat of vaporization of R32 is significantly higher than that of traditional refrigerants, allowing it to absorb more heat from the air per unit volume. Even in low-temperature environments of -10°C to -20°C, there is still heat in the air that can be captured. Heat pumps equipped with EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) technology further increase the heat absorption efficiency of the evaporator by intermediate injection of refrigerant, ensuring consistent heating even in low-temperature conditions.
